Here&#8217;s what you need to look for on the nutrition label when shopping:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Percent daily value of carbohydrates. <\/strong>On the nutrition label, an item is considered low in carbohydrates if it contains less than 5% of the daily value for carbohydrates per serving.
